Peanutize Me creates digital avatars and related content. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we have tailored refund guidelines to balance flexibility with the realities of digital goods. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

General Principles

  • All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe or other approved providers.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing fees charged by payment partners are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect abuse, excessive chargebacks, or violations of our Terms.

Subscriptions

Free Trials

When available, free trials allow you to evaluate the Service before billing begins. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Initial Purchase

You may request a full refund within three (3) days of the initial subscription payment if:

  • You generated fewer than 200 credits’ worth of outputs; and
  • You have not downloaded high-resolution files beyond the complimentary previews.

Renewals

For automatic renewals, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the renewal charge provided no credits were consumed during the new billing period. Once credits are used or files downloaded, renewal payments become non-refundable.

Cancellation Going Forward

You can cancel future renewals at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access remains until that date.

Credit Packs and Pay-As-You-Go Purchases

  • Credits that have not been used are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
  • If more than 30% of the credits from a pack have been consumed, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund amounts for partially used packs are prorated based on unused credits minus processing fees.

Promotional Items, Gifts, and Bonuses

Complimentary credits, referral rewards, and promotional discounts have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or cash conversion.

Technical Issues

If you encounter platform issues that prevent you from using credits or accessing purchased features, contact support within 72 hours. We will attempt to resolve the issue or, if resolution is not possible, provide an appropriate credit or refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email email using the email associated with your account.
  2. Include your order ID, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
  3. Attach relevant screenshots or error logs if the request is related to technical problems.
  4. Our team will acknowledge receipt within two business days and typically resolves requests within seven business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account, forfeiture of credits, and referral to collections where permitted by law.
